YOUR SPACE IN 3D
3 Simple Steps...
Your objectives discussed and a date set to scan the space.
For more complex projects, we might suggest coffee & croissants on site to establish the most productive process.

Stage the space as you want it to be discovered online & ready to be scanned by one of our 3D photography professionals.
1) Capturing interior data takes approximately 1hr per 100m2.
Exteriors are best scanned in twilight hours so that the depth and RGB sensors can obtain accurate data without the interference from direct sunlight.
​
2) Data is uploaded to Matterport's secure cloud for processing.
Designers then edit the project to create the 3D Model, extract HD Photographs & generate the Virtual Visit.
​
3) Your space & photo portfolio are ready to share.
​
The 3D model is typically returned within 48hrs.
Hosted securely, free for a year.
